Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Plutus21 Capital
Job Overview:
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will focus on cold outreach and structured engagement to generate new business opportunities. You will identify decision-makers, build relationships, and support sales pipeline growth. This role requires resilience, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills. Sales experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct cold outreach campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
● Run structured engagement cadences via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. (Currently using
Revenue.io but may switch to Salesloft—training provided.)
● Identify decision-makers and build rapport with potential customers.
● Maintain detailed lead tracking in Salesforce (CRM) and other sales tools.
● Work closely with Business Development Executives (BDEs) to align outreach with
business needs.
● Support pipeline growth by identifying and nurturing potential prospects (including
churned leads).
Qualifications:
● Fluency in French-English or German-English (both written and verbal).
● Strong resilience, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to work with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus, but training
provided).
