A Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic management of our diverse real estate portfolio. The Real Estate Manager will play a crucial role in maximising the value and performance of our properties.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
* Develop and implement strategic plans for property management, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
* Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition, identify maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and analyse financial performance.
* Negotiate and manage lease agreements with tenants, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and fostering a positive tenant experience.
* Collaborate with legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure effective property management.
* Stay informed about market trends, property values, and relevant regulations in the Saudi Arabian real estate market.
* Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the real estate market.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in real estate management, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market.
* Strong understanding of property management principles, lease administration, and financial analysis.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
