Job Overview:

Full-time Telephone Debt Collector vacancies in Cairo, Egypt. The employee will be responsible for contacting overdue clients and negotiating payment arrangements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Contact overdue clients via phone.

Negotiate payment plans and settlements within set guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment arrangements.

Work closely with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Meet or exceed monthly collection targets.

Comply with company policies and procedures related to collection practices. 

Escalate complex cases to management when necessary.

Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in debt collection or a similar role.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software.

Full fluency in Arabic and English.

High level of professionalism and ethical behavior.

Ability to handle tough situations calmly.
