Overview:
Anfal Automatic Doors seeks to recruit a highly qualified and experienced factory manager to manage its aluminium production facility in Riyadh. This role aims to lead and optimize all plant operations to achieve the highest levels of efficiency, quality and safety. The manager will be responsible for production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics within the plant, and is expected to be an experienced leader in aluminium fabrication and plant management.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the factory and ensure that production objectives are achieved in accordance with high quality standards.

Manage and motivate the work team and promote a positive and productive work environment.

Apply and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze them to improve performance.

Develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency, reduce waste and increase productivity.

Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and environmental standards.

Supervising the maintenance and repair of the factory's equipment and machinery.

Apply and follow up quality control procedures and ensure compliance with specified standards.

Coordination with other departments such as sales, procurement, and engineering.

Prepare and manage the factory budget and implement cost control procedures.

Develop and implement training programs to raise the efficiency of employees in the factory.

Qualifications and Experience:

A bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial or related field) is preferred.

Proven experience in the field of aluminum fabrication and factory management.

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.

High abilities in problem solving and decision-making.

Good knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations.

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
