Job Title: Procurement Coordinator
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Education: Degree in logistics or related field
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)

• Source and manage local suppliers based on operational needs.
• Monitor and control service contracts within the Branch.
• Coordinate invoice verification processes with suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of products from vendors to locations.
• Assist in drafting and improving procurement procedures and internal processes.
• Analyze contracts to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support the planning and execution of special company events.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
• Educational background in logistics or a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
