Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.
* Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
* Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
* Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
* Monitor project progress and performance, reporting regularly to senior management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
* Manage and oversee project documentation and reporting.
* Contribute to business development activities by identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Extensive experience in project management, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
* Proven ability to successfully manage large-scale, complex projects.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
* Strong understanding of contract management and procurement processes.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
* Experience working in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
