Responsibilities:

• Prepare printing requests clearly and accurately.
• Ensure the availability of all necessary tools for work, such as paper, clichés, films, and molds, before the start of production to avoid production delays.
• Approve sample copies (proofs) submitted by all production departments after thoroughly reviewing them.
• Monitor the printing and production processes across all sections of the press and machines to prevent delays (time wastage and slowdown) and ensure high-quality output.
• Provide solutions for any urgent production issues.
• Organize workflow in a way that prioritizes the company's interests.
• Set and adhere to final delivery deadlines.
• Inspect the work before delivering it to the customer to ensure it meets the required specifications.
