Bustani Company is seeking to attract a creative and enthusiastic talent to work as a content creator to join its team in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time
position .

The content creator will be responsible for developing engaging and culturally relevant content specifically targeted at the Saudi audience, and will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand presence and effectively communicating with the target market.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Create high-quality creative content in Arabic, tailored specifically for the Saudi market.
• Develop different types of content: text, images, videos, and interactive media.
• Managing the company's presence on social media in the Kingdom, ensuring that messages are consistent with the brand identity.
• Monitor cultural and digital trends in Saudi Arabia and learn what local audiences prefer.
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to ensure content aligns with the overall brand strategy.
• Analyze content performance and make adjustments based on data to increase engagement and reach.
• Experiment and discover new platforms and content formats to increase engagement.
• Ensure that all content is in line with Bustani’s visual identity guide and quality standards.
  

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in creating content for the Saudi audience
• A deep understanding of Saudi culture, customs, and digital behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic
• Mastering various content creation tools and programs
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines
