We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the day-to-day housekeeping operations of our 4-star hotel. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring our guests enjoy clean, comfortable rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in daily operations
• Supervise housekeeping team, assign duties, and inspect rooms
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Manage inventory of linens and cleaning supplies
• Train new housekeeping staff and monitor performance
• Coordinate with maintenance for room repairs or issues
• Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping professionally

Requirements:

• Proven housekeeping supervisory experience (hotel experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
