Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer with a strong background in Aluminum & Façade systems and project-based sales in the fit-out and construction sectors. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, strong client relationships, and a proven track record of handling sales in Qatar’s construction market. A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop sales opportunities for aluminum and façade systems (curtain walls, cladding, doors, windows, etc.) and fit-out solutions for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, aligning with client requirements and project specifications.
• Identify business opportunities through market research, site visits, and networking.
• Support estimation and design teams in technical submittals, quotations, and material selections.
• Conduct presentations and product demos to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring profit margins and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new product developments.
• Maintain CRM records, project tracking logs, and regular sales reporting.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with project teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales of aluminum, façade systems, and/or fit-out projects in Qatar.
• In-depth knowledge of façade engineering systems, architectural aluminum works, and project sales lifecycle.
• Existing network within Qatar’s construction industry (consultants, main contractors, developers).
• Valid Qatar Driving License is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural) or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic reading), and CRM systems.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,500.00 per month
