Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, or investing in both off-plan and ready properties.
• Generate and manage leads through calls, referrals, property portals, and digital channels.
• Guide clients through the full sales process, from initial inquiry to deal closure.
• Conduct property viewings and explain key features and benefits.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, property listings, and pricing.
• Provide basic investment advice based on client goals and budget.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and professional service.
• Work with marketing and admin teams to help promote listings and manage client follow-ups.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of real estate experience (off-plan or secondary market).
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Confident, professional, and eager to learn.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and property portals is a plus.
