Sales Supervisor
Position : Sales Supervisor
Location : Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Lead, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives to achieve sales objectives across designated areas.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Market Execution: Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution of promotional activities in the market.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and distributors.
- Field Visits & Follow-Up: Conduct regular field visits to monitor market conditions and support the sales team.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit performance reports, including sales figures, market insights, and improvement plans.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments (logistics, marketing, and finance) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (experience in FMCG is preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate field teams
- Valid driving license
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- High diploma or above (bachelor’s degree is a plus)
