Job Description
MAAC Home is seeking ambitious, customer-focused E-commerce & Tele-Sales Executives with a passion for luxury interiors and excellent communication skills. In this high-reward sales role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage website/chat leads, and convert inquiries into successful sales. You will be the voice of our brand, providing tailored recommendations to both retail and B2B customers—including interior designers, holiday homes, real estate firms, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell MAAC Home’s luxury furniture, décor, lighting, and accessories via calls, WhatsApp, email, and online chat.
- Handle all inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries, providing detailed product information and exceptional service.
- Actively convert sales leads (website, chat, calls, WhatsApp, and email) and follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion.
- Build rapport and long-term relationships with both B2C and B2B clients.
- Negotiate pricing, manage client queries, and close deals professionally in line with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation activities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, current offers, and market trends.
- Ensure after-sales service, handle complaints, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continually improve product and sales skills.
Requirements
- Must have own valid UAE visa
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tele-sales, call center, or customer service (experience in e-commerce, furniture, or home décor preferred).
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric, well-presented, and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp/email marketing and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a remote team.
- Previous network or client relationships in interiors, real estate, or hospitality is a plus.
