Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow the company’s market share across the Gulf region, both through direct channels and distributor networks.

· Identify, engage, and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail buyers.

· Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to inform sales tactics and forecasting.

· Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, and market feedback to management on a regular basis.

· Set clear sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure achievement of revenue and volume objectives.

· Coordinate with the production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure timely and consistent supply.

· Travel across the region as required to build and maintain strong business relationships.

· Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional activities representing the company’s brand and products.

· Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any disputes or issues with clients or distributors.

· Recommend and implement pricing strategies in line with market dynamics and profitability goals.

Candidate Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fresh produce or agriculture sector. Experience in the Gulf vegetable business is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.

· Excellent command of English and Hindi (spoken and written).

· Strong computer skills, including fluency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with sales and inventory management tools.

· Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.

· Willingness to travel extensively across the Gulf region as required.
