HR Operations Manager – Delhi

📍 Location: Delhi (On-site)
🕒 Experience: 3–4 years in HR Operations
💼 Salary: ₹5 – ₹6 LPA
📅 Working Days: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee record management, and exit processes
• Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with the finance team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
• Maintain and audit employee files and HR databases
• Support internal audits and reporting requirements
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and support
  
  

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven experience in HR operations
• Strong knowledge of payroll coordination, onboarding, and exits
• Proficient in Excel, HRMS tools, and documentation
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work full-time on-site, 6 days a week
