The Role
Lead implementation, management, and optimization of PMIS to support effective project delivery. • Oversee configuration, deployment, and maintenance of PMIS platforms. • Ensure data integrity, availability, and security. • Train and support project teams in PMIS usage. • Develop system workflows to align with organizational processes. • Generate dashboards and performance reports for leadership. • Collaborate with IT, Project Controls, and Planning teams for integration. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within PMIS operations. Key Relationships: Project Controls, IT, Planning teams; External: PMIS vendors, consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • 10+ years managing PMIS in large developments. • Experience with Procore and ERP integrations preferred. • PMIS platforms (e.g. Aconex, Unifier); project controls integration • Systems implementation, data analytics, communication, training..
