The Reporting Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and managing reporting frameworks to provide accurate, timely, and insightful reports to support strategic decision-making. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, compliance with standards, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain regular reporting dashboards, data repositories (e.g. SharePoint lists), lists KPIs, and management reports.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of reports provided to senior management, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze trends and variances, providing actionable insights to business leaders.
- Ensure reporting practices comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Support audit and risk management activities by providing necessary reports and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives to automate and standardize reporting processes where feasible.
- Act as a point of contact for reporting requirements across business units.

Requirements
Technical & Behavioral Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, ARM (preferred), etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and high-stakes environment

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
Excel (Advance), Power BI, PowerPoint etc
5+ years experience in a reporting or data analytics role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
Experience in risk reporting, financial reporting, or operational reporting.
