Grand Technology is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Giza, Egypt. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. They will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and contributing to a positive and welcoming café environment.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and other specialty drinks.
* Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and inquiries efficiently and politely.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Stock and replenish supplies, ensuring efficient workflow.
* Contribute to a positive and welcoming team environment.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not essential for enthusiastic candidates.
* Demonstrated knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
