Our Group is seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (Specialty Coffee Brand). This is a Full-Time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership for our specialty coffee brand. You will be tasked with driving growth, profitability, and market leadership, establishing the brand as a premier name in the specialty coffee industry. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a dynamic brand with the backing of a reputable and established group.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute the company's long-term vision, mission, and strategic goals in alignment with the board's objectives.
* Assume full P&L responsibility, overseeing the company's financial performance, investments, and budgeting to ensure sustainable growth.
* Lead all aspects of brand development, including market positioning, product innovation, and customer experience to build a strong and loyal customer base.
* Drive operational excellence across the entire value chain, from bean sourcing and roasting to supply chain management and retail operations.
* Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing senior management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
* Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, including market expansion, strategic partnerships, and new channel development.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the board of directors and other key stakeholders, providing transparent and regular updates on company performance.
* Ensure the company maintains the highest standards of corporate governance, compliance, and ethical conduct.

Qualifications:

* Proven track record of success in a senior executive role (e.g., CEO, COO, General Manager) within the F&B, retail, or premium consumer goods sector.
* Direct experience in the specialty coffee industry is highly advantageous.
* Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful business and brand strategies that have resulted in significant growth.
* Strong financial acumen with extensive experience in managing a P&L, budgeting, and financial planning.
* Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is essential; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred.
* Experience working in the GCC region, particularly Saudi Arabia, is considered a significant asset.
