Responsibilities

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
* Proactively source potential candidates through various online channels, including professional networks, social media, and job boards.
* Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment workflow.
* Develop and post engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
* Champion a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
* Assist in building and promoting the Qureos employer brand to attract top-tier talent.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role in the gulf and Mena region.
* A strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanour.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and professional networking platforms.
