The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our greenhouse production, with a focus on high-quality fruits, vegetables, and palms. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and expert horticultural knowledge to drive productivity and ensure the health and vitality of our crops. Responsibilities:

* Supervise, train, and manage a team of greenhouse staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
* Oversee the complete cultivation cycle for a variety of crops, including fruits, vegetables, and palms, from planting and propagation to harvesting.
* Monitor and control the greenhouse environment, including temperature, humidity, and irrigation systems, to ensure optimal growing conditions.
* Implement and manage integrated pest and disease management programmes.
* Manage the inventory of essential supplies such as seeds, fertilisers, and growing media.
* Ensure all operations comply with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
* Maintain accurate records of crop production, staff performance, and operational activities.
* Collaborate with farm management to develop and execute production plans that meet quality and yield targets.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a commercial greenhouse, farm, or large-scale agricultural environment.
* In-depth horticultural knowledge, with specific experience in the cultivation of fruits, vegetables, and palms.
* A degree or diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to work.
* Proficiency in operating and maintaining modern greenhouse technologies and climate control systems.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
