VP of Sales (Fintech)
We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and analytical VP of Sales(Fintech) to join our
team to take on a wide range of responsibilities, from the daily activities of the sales
team to managing large clients.
The VP of Sales responsibilities include having in-depth knowledge and understanding
of the market and knowing competitive products. You must also be excellent
communicators with excellent customer service skills who can quickly navigate any
situation to reach desired goals.
Ultimately, you will work with leaders across our team to ensure Lune hits it’s sales and
revenue goals.
Responsibilities
● In the onset, you will own the entire sales cycle! Aka: Prospecting + Outreach +
Closing + Onboarding + Nurturing clients + creating processes along the way
● Regularly sharing market and customer feedback to internal stakeholders,
including to the Lune's leadership, Marketing and Product teams to help shape
the product.
● Work closely with the team to develop repeatable strategies tailored for our new
market launches
● Contribute to our Marketing team to build and manage top of funnel prospect
building for major campaigns and events.
● You will work on both inbound leads and carry out outbound prospecting
● Build the sales team, sales processes, run and maintain sales operations along
the way
● Outline and manage sales processes and budgets
● Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
● Provide detailed sales forecasting
● Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer
satisfaction
● Requirements and skills
● Proven work experience as a VP of Sales or similar role
● In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee
motivation techniques
● Strong working knowledge of the company’s products, competitive products and
the market
● Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
● Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
● Have an entrepreneurial mindset - we are going from 0 to 1 in MENA and we need
you to build our presence
● Have a solid track record of experience in B2B SaaS Sales / Business
Development / Sales Operations
● Are a cold outreach genius, are able to figure out creative ways to engage folks
who may be reluctant to engage with you.
● Have Deep knowledge of SaaS tool stack and lead sources (CRM, base and/or
similar.)
● Have high execution power - this is a combined strategy and operational role
● You are analytical and are skilled in making data driven decision making -
obsessed with tracking and improving performance metrics.
● Are energised by and thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment
● Are a great coach and leader. You can inspire and teach your future team the art
of sales, and instill confidence in them
● Are a great communicator capable of listening to the needs of many
stakeholders, and able to then communicate your vision and requirements back
to stakeholders of all levels
