Sales Development Representative - Remote
About the Company: We are hiring on behalf of our client, The Credit Pros—an Inc. 5000–recognized leader in credit repair. The Credit Pros is committed to improving clients’ financial well-being by removing inaccurate or outdated credit items. Key Responsibilities:
- Close credit repair solutions for pre-qualified leads in the credit sector (no cold calls).
- Use TCP’s technology suite (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) for daily tasks.
- Exceed KPIs and quotas with a client-first approach.
- Follow detailed scripts and handle client concerns with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in B2C sales within financial services, ideally credit-related.
- Strong communication skills and empathy toward customer needs.
- Familiarity with U.S. credit industry (credit cards, loans, credit repair).
- Must provide own device compatible with TCP’s tech requirements.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm ET (includes one unpaid hour break and two 15-min paid breaks).
