We are seeking a Multimedia Developer to join our growing team. We are looking for an artist with a firm grasp on 2D and 3D animation and Illustration techniques, fundamentals, and software for the e-learning industry. The Artist will read through scripts and speak with the team lead to understand project needs, create storyboards and assets, and assist in the animation process for courses. Collab with HTML developers to design custom themes, activities, mini-games and create new standards for courses. Other than that, the candidate should have a hold of English language in order to edit/write rough content according to the development needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create illustrations, animations, and visual assets for e-learning courses.

• Design logos, web visuals, comics, and presentation mock-ups.

• Edit and manipulate photos, videos, and audio.

• Develop storyboards and visual concepts based on scripts and project briefs.

• Collaborate with HTML developers to design custom course themes, activities, and mini-games.

• Refine and maintain a library of reusable assets (icons, characters, motion graphics, etc.).

• Incorporate feedback to improve or revise existing artwork.

• Research new design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance project quality.

• Support other departments (e.g., HR, Marketing) with design materials such as banners, posters, and flyers.

• Perform occasional content editing and data entry in the learning management system (LCMS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field.

• 2-3 years of professional experience in multimedia design or e-learning in one company.

• Strong drawing and digital illustration skills (hand and tablet).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant animation tools (e.g., Autodesk, Blender).

• Understanding of 2D animation principles, storytelling, and character design and 3D animation is a plus.

• Attention to detail and openness to feedback.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.

• Should be able to communicate effectively.
