Job Description:

• Manage online orders from placement to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouses and couriers to oversee order dispatch and tracking.
• Maintain and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Manage e-commerce accounts such as Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and Instagram.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with performance insights.
• Handle customer inquiries, refunds, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotions and campaigns.
• Analyze sales trends and suggest improvements to boost performance.
• Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and operations.
