Real Estate Operations & Development Manager
Managing the full real estate development lifecycle, reviving distressed assets, and achieving the highest financial efficiency under external oversight.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
Asset Management & Business Development:
Current Projects: Studying the owners’ portfolio (vacant lands, projects halted due to COVID) and developing urgent plans to complete or liquidate them.
New Opportunities: Searching for well-studied investment opportunities and presenting brief feasibility studies to make a purchase decision.
Cost Engineering and Supply Chain:
Building a strong supplier network to achieve savings of no less than 20–30% in costs.
Ability to deal with direct import options (for example, from China) or bulk purchasing of materials to ensure the best price without compromising quality.
Project and Supplier Management:
Selecting and contracting with (engineering offices, contractors, marketing companies) and fully managing them on behalf of the owners.
Following up on on-site progress and resolving technical obstacles.
Representation and Reporting:
Managing the government relations file and directing the Omani representative to obtain licenses.
Submitting periodic reports to the owners, and full and transparent cooperation with the “external financial auditor.”
