Responsibilities:

• Assisting the HR team with daily operations, training, recruitment, and other HR services. 
• Supporting the onboarding and induction process for new employees to ensure a smooth and positive integration into the company.
• Maintaining and updating employee records and our HR database with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Providing administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives, such as policy updates and employee engagement programmes.
• Helping to coordinate and organise internal training sessions and professional development activities.
• Responding to basic employee queries and directing them to the appropriate HR personnel when necessary.
• Performing general administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of the HR department.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management or any related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• A high level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• A proactive attitude, a strong desire to learn, and a meticulous eye for detail.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
