💼 About the Role:

Are you an HR professional with a passion for people and a knack for efficiency? We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-driven HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment.

• Oversee onboarding, documentation & maintain accurate HR records

• Support employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution

• Assist with training programs and learning initiatives

• Ensure HR processes align with UAE labor laws and internal policies

• Collaborate on workforce planning and departmental coordination
   

👤 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1–3 years of Experience.

• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices

• Strong interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skills

• Proficient in MS Office & HRIS systems

• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
