Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media & Content Executive who can manage end-to-end content execution—from scripting and coordination to publishing and community engagement. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with content, design, and leadership teams. You will own the content workflow, ensure timely approvals, coordinate shoots, manage assets, and support newsletters, meme content, and job-posting platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create content scripts and compile them in Word documents for approval

• Maintain and update the SMM Calendar (Calendar 2026 sheet) with scripts, links, and content statuses

• Share scripts with the Social Media Manager for feedback and approvals

• Coordinate and manage video shoots, including scheduling and stakeholder alignment

• Ensure all required equipment is ready (phone, mic, tripod, lighting if needed)

• Generate and apply UTM links for tracking performance

• Publish newsletters on Substack and LinkedIn, including captions and CTAs

• Monitor and respond to comments and DMs across platforms

• Support engagement activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

• Set up and manage Meta Business Suite automations

• Repost tagged content from events, partners, and team members

• Publish bi-weekly posts per account

• Write captions and schedule posts in advance across platforms

Tools & Platforms

• Social media platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok

• Expertise in running newsletters on Substack and LinkedIn is preferred
