We are looking for a qualified and experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for road structures project. The candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance teams, ensuring system reliability, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation and maintenance activities of MEP systems.

• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, firefighting, and fire alarm systems.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.

• Supervise technicians and subcontractors.

• Maintain maintenance records and prepare technical reports.

• Support emergency response activities related to MEP systems.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related engineering field.

• Minimum 05 years of experience in related engineering field.

• Minimum 02 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance of MEP systems, including firefighting and fire alarm systems.

• Strong understanding of MEP maintenance standards and safety procedures.

• Experience in infrastructure or road structures projects is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning.

• Familiarity with CMMS systems.

• Ability to lead and manage maintenance teams effectively.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
