We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management (FM) Engineer to support operations and maintenance activities for a large-scale utility tunnel project. The ideal candidate will oversee MEP systems, ensure safety compliance, and maintain uninterrupted functionality of critical infrastructure within the tunnel network.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) within the utility tunnel.

• Monitor performance of power distribution systems, lighting, ventilation, drainage, and fire & life safety systems.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.

• Supervise contractors and maintenance teams on-site.

• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and asset records.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.

• Support emergency response and incident management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FM, infrastructure, or utility tunnel projects.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and infrastructure maintenance.

• Experience working in confined spaces and critical environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with CMMS systems.

• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Added Advantage

• LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) Certification – Knowledge of energy isolation procedures and safe maintenance practices will be highly preferred.
