ob Description – Purchase Executive (Repeat Orders & Delivery Tracking)

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage regular repeat orders for existing products and ensure timely delivery from suppliers. The role includes placing orders, tracking shipments, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining purchase records

Key Responsibilities

Place regular repeat orders for existing products

Follow up with vendors to confirm order status and delivery dates

Track shipments until delivery and update internal teams

Maintain purchase records, order sheets, and delivery tracking files

Coordinate with stores/warehouse team for material receipt

Handle basic communication with vendors regarding delays or issues

Ensure timely availability of required materials without shortage

Check and verify order quantities and basic documentation

Qualification

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Basic knowledge of purchase processes is helpful

Must be comfortable using Excel, email, and tracking sheets

Experience

0-1 year of experience in purchase or order coordination

Experience in handling repeat orders or vendor follow-ups is preferred
