Job Title: BIM Modeler (F&B / Retail Projects)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Modeler to support the design and execution of F&B, retail outlets, and restaurant projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring project standards are met across multiple fast-paced projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for F&B outlets, retail spaces, and restaurant projects. 
• Prepare 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation using BIM tools. 
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and MEP teams to ensure model accuracy and clash-free designs. 
• Update models based on design revisions and site requirements. 
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, company guidelines, and project specifications. 
• Assist in quantity take-offs, material schedules, and project documentation. 
• Support project teams in resolving design and coordination issues. 
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of models and drawings. 

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. 
• 2–5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality projects. 
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools. 
• Strong understanding of architectural and MEP coordination. 
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
