Job Overview
Zayani Motors is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Parts Sales Advisor to join our expanding automotive division. This is a full-time position based in Sitrah, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of automotive components, dedicated to providing exceptional service and contributing to our continued success. You will play a crucial role in our parts department, serving as a key point of contact for our valued customers and supporting our operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Dealing the customer on sales counter, provide quotations to workshops and Bodyshop.
• Develops, maintains, and grows relationships with assigned and prospective accounts to increase market share.
• Identifies customer needs, recommends products/substitutes, and provides technical knowledge.
• Communicates, tracks, and follows up on orders to ensure on-time delivery, coordinating with in-store inventory teams.
• Prospects for new business through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Updates customer records in CRM software, creates call reports, and submits expense reports.
   

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the automotive, machinery, or industrial parts industry.
• Strong understanding of parts, mechanical components, and technical applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and inventory software.
