Job Description:

We are hiring a Procurement Officer (Temporary – 3 Months) to join our team immediately.

We are looking for a procurement professional with strong sourcing, vendor management, and coordination skills to support procurement operations across MEP, Civil, and FM projects.

• RFQ/RFP preparation and sourcing
• Vendor management & supplier coordination
• Technical understanding of MEP/Civil/FM materials and services
• Commercial evaluation & cost analysis
• Negotiation and supplier relationship management
• PR/PO process management
• ERP/SAP system knowledge
• Market sourcing & supplier development
• Contract and AMC coordination
• BOQ and technical specification understanding
• Problem-solving and urgent procurement handling
• Compliance management & attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination
• Team collaboration and multitasking abilities
