Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Specialist to lead and support the organization's technology infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital transformation projects. This role requires a proactive professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience working in high-capacity industrial environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of the company's IT operations while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

Cybersecurity & Resilience

• Implement and maintain a Zero-Trust security architecture.
• Strengthen cybersecurity controls, policies, and risk management practices to protect business operations.

ERP & Operational Technology (OT) Integration

• Oversee the optimization and performance of the company's ERP system, with a strong focus on SAP.
• Ensure seamless integration and communication between ERP systems and business departments.

Infrastructure & Digital Transformation

• Manage the transition to Hybrid Cloud and Edge Computing environments.
• Support the implementation of AI-driven predictive maintenance and other digital transformation initiatives.

Vendor & Service Management

• Manage relationships with hardware, software, and technology service providers.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements to maintain high system availability and performance standards.

Technology Operations

• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, and related technology services.
• Ensure efficient technology support across the organization while promoting a collaborative and service-oriented culture.
   

Qualifications:
 

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience.
• At least 3 years of experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or heavy-industry environment.

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and firewall management.
• Experience with SD-WAN technologies and network infrastructure.
• Solid SQL Database Administration skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation projects.
