Sales Engineer (B2B)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and grow B2B sales opportunities for Adwaa Factory’s electrical products.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
- Conduct client visits, meetings, and presentations to consultants, contractors, and corporate buyers.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers.
- Track, manage, and report sales pipeline progress regularly to management.
- Maintain long-term business relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend new strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical products, lighting, or power solutions.
- Strong record of successful project sales and business development achievements.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Knowledge of the Saudi market and clients in the electrical sector is preferred.
