Support the operation, maintenance, and integration of telecommunication systems utilized within Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) solutions.
Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize telecommunication equipment and communication infrastructure used for meter data transmission.
Investigate telecom failures, connectivity issues, communication outages, and suspected tampering incidents, and prepare comprehensive technical reports, including root cause analysis and recommended corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports covering resource deployment, work status, completed activities, pending issues, and overall project performance in accordance with contract requirements.
Provide advanced technical support during the installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication and AMI communication systems.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, corporate risk management policies, information security requirements, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to junior engineers, technicians, and field personnel to support continuous capability development.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management to support departmental and organizational objectives.
