Dumarey Group is seeking a detail-orientated and proactive Remote Billing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a Full-Time remote position where you will play a crucial role in managing our clients' billing processes with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a strong background in billing and financial administration, capable of working independently in a remote setting. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for providing reliable and high-quality administrative support.


Salary: $30 - $45 USD per hour



Responsibilities


As a Remote Billing Specialist, your primary duties will include:


 

• Creating, managing, and issuing accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Processing payments, tracking transactions, and reconciling accounts to ensure financial records are up-to-date.
• Investigating and resolving any billing discrepancies or client enquiries with professionalism.
• Maintaining and updating client records with a high degree of accuracy.
• Preparing and presenting detailed billing reports for internal review.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless and accurate billing operations.
• Ensuring all billing practices comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications


The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:


 

• Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar financial or administrative role.
• A strong understanding of billing procedures and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
