Climate Control Systems of Greenwood INC is a leading provider of professional HVAC and plumbing services, specialising in the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems for both residential and commercial clients. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a Full-Time position based in United States.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of HVAC and plumbing projects from initial conception through to successful completion. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The offered compensation for this role is between $18.00 - $35.00 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

 

• Plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including technicians and subcontractors, to ensure efficient workflow.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any enquiries or concerns promptly.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure all financial objectives are met.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and closeout documents.

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the HVAC, plumbing, or a related construction trade.
• A strong technical understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and geothermal systems.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant IT tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• A relevant qualification or certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable but not essential.
