Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team to ensure efficient operation of the office.
* Manage and respond to emails, correspondence, and customer service enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments for senior staff.
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, presentations, and documents.
* Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate digital records related to auctions, sales, and customer information.
* Liaise with internal teams to handle requests and queries.
* Organise and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring information is easily accessible.
* Support the auction and liquidation process by assisting with listing coordination and post-sale administration.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative assistant or relevant office support role.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent G Suite applications.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* The ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
* Experience in e-commerce, online retail, or an auction environment is desirable but not essential.
