Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, driving revenue, and expanding our market presence. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, mentoring, and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
* Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
* Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
* Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial consultation to closing the sale.
* Preparing and presenting regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
* Providing ongoing training and professional development to the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
* Collaborating with the technical and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a motivational leader with a proven track record in sales management, preferably within the HVAC or a related technical services industry. Key qualifications include:
