Responsibilities:

* Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
* Assist customers with placing orders, managing their accounts, and tracking shipments.
* Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
* Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints within our CRM system.
* Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
* Stay current with product knowledge and company promotions to provide the best possible service.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a customer support or call centre role is essential.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
* Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other standard office software.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
