Responsibilities
As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients. Your primary duties will include:
* Proactively making outbound calls to potential residential and commercial clients to introduce our air quality services.
* Clearly and professionally communicating the value and benefits of our environmental testing and assessment solutions.
* Qualifying leads to ensure they meet the criteria for a consultation with our specialist team.
* Efficiently scheduling appointments and managing the calendars of our field assessors.
* Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of all client interactions and appointment details within our CRM system.
* Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments.
* Upholding the professional image of Northeastern Air Quality through exceptional customer service and communication.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a similar role such as an Appointment Setter, Telesales Representative, or Sales Development Representative.
* Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and engaging telephone manner.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* A self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
* A genuine interest in environmental health and sustainability is highly desirable.
* The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
