The successful candidate will be a self-motivated professional capable of managing administrative tasks efficiently from a remote setting. This role is offered on a remote basis to UK-based applicants, supporting our US-based operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage and organise digital correspondence, including responding to emails and forwarding enquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records, including client information and internal databases.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other company documents.
- Schedule virtual meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments across different time zones.
- Provide administrative support to various teams to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Maintain and organise the company's digital filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales orders and client support documentation.
- Liaise professionally with colleagues and clients to assist with queries and information requests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work independently and productively in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to administrative challenges.
- A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup are essential.
- Previous experience working with a US-based company or across multiple time zones is highly desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with the scientific or medical equipment industry would be a distinct advantage.
