Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate, valid, and complete information.
* Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and explaining the best solution to solve it.
* Maintain and update customer records accurately in the company's CRM system.
* Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as required.
* Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and contribute ideas for improvement.
* Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Meet personal and team targets for quality and efficiency.
