Responsibilities
As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties focused on delivering first-class service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms, responding in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing accurate information regarding BIOTRONIK products, services, and order statuses.
- Efficiently processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges with a high degree of accuracy.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintaining comprehensive and precise records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborating closely with sales, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure a cohesive and positive customer journey.
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with relevant departments to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
- Adhering to all company policies and industry regulations, particularly those pertaining to the medical device sector.
Qualifications
