Salary: $25.50 - $38.89 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to our daily operations. Your primary duties will include:
* Accurately and efficiently entering data from various source documents into our company databases and systems.
* Reviewing and verifying data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output.
* Maintaining and updating database information to ensure all records are current and complete.
* Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
* Complying with data integrity and security policies to ensure all company information remains confidential.
* Assisting with general administrative tasks and supporting other departments with data-related requests as required.
* Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency across all platforms.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
* Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst also being a collaborative team player.
* A strong understanding of data confidentiality principles.
* A high school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications will be considered an asset.
* Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is desirable but not essential.
