Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing small business clients, handling enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide clear and accurate information about our loan products, services, and terms, ensuring complete transparency.
• Guide business owners through the lending application process with patience and expertise.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our systems.
• Collaborate with internal lending specialists to ensure a seamless and efficient customer journey.
• Uphold the company's values and champion our customer-centric culture.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
• A genuine sense of empathy and a passion for helping customers succeed.
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in standard office software and a high level of digital literacy.
• Previous experience in the financial services or lending industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM software would be an advantage.
