This is a full-time position based in Oregon City, Oregon, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our company databases, playing a vital role in our administrative and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data from various source documents into our computer systems and databases.
* Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any inconsistencies, and check the output for accuracy.
* Update and maintain existing database information to ensure all records are current and complete.
* Generate reports and retrieve data for colleagues as requested.
* Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and client information.
* Scan, file, and organise physical and digital documents.
* Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further computer training or certification will be considered an asset.
* A professional demeanour and a reliable work ethic.
